Bagels

Some folks ask: is it Gluten Free? Is it Boiled? Bagels are all about gluten and boiling before the bake - (it would not be a bagel without gluten and boiling). Ours are also all hand rolled.

We offer plain and Three Seed (poppy, sesame, and fennel)
