Whole Wheat

Our whole wheat is Stoned Ground and besides the Rye sour start its the only flour we use in this Robust hearty Round (sometimes we make them look like a batard) that weighs 2lbs when out of the oven. Its not dry like so many that bear the same name and it keeps very well.

Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Rye Flour, Deep Well Water, Sourdough, Sea Salt.
